Write Start opened as an In-Home provider in 2006 and as a Center in 2008. Our current 4-star rated facility is designed for child care services in mind. To ensure optimal quality care and education, our programs offer smaller group size per room and lower child to staff ratio; clean, safe, and warm inviting environment; trained and educated teachers; and a user friendly paperless system for immediate day to day communication. Every child will receive an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) based on assessments completed within the first 30 days of enrollment and will be reviewed bi-annual between staff and parents during scheduled Progress Meetings. We strive to provide a safe and fun learning environment for each child as an individual part of a community of friends.
We believe that children learn best when they can freely explore and be supported by teachers. We utilize the Reggio Emilia approach where our beautifully created spaces intrigue children.
Play-based and child-centered, the HighScope Curriculum features active learning. Children are guided to explore, interact, and exercise their creative imagination through purposeful play.
Our center uses BrightWheel, software that combines scheduling, student/teacher ratio monitoring, and digital communications which ensures peace of mind for parents.
